Company History
DataTracPlus, LLC evolved from PC Solutions, a computer application development, consulting, and training firm founded in 1986. After providing these services for over twelve (12) years, the principals determined that one piece of software the company had developed, namely, CertifiTrac+, had been so well received that it would be of value to Risk Management and Purchasing Departments throughout the business community. In 1998, DataTracPlus, LLC was organized to develop and enhance CertifiTrac+ capabilities. In the years since, many companies and governments throughout the country have found it to be a perfect solution for their insurance document management and tracking needs.The first CertifiTrac+ software had been created at the request of one of the company´s largest customers. They needed to track thousands of incoming certificates of insurance and wanted reliable software that was easy to use, accurate, and comprehensive. As always, our staff worked closely with our customer as the insurance tracking software was developed. This resulted in an application that provided a total certificate of insurance tracking solution to meet their expressed needs.
Today DataTracPlus, LLC continues to be an innovative leader in developing software to meet the insurance management needs of corporations. Throughout our years of work with clients, we have come to understand the specific insurance tracking needs and the growth of industry necessitating automated insurance tracking. As a result we continue to develop software that reflects our commitment to providing customers with the tools for effective, efficient insurance management. ProTrac+ (introduced in 2006) is our newest software product reflecting new growth and direction within our company.
