DataTracPlus, LLC is a highly skilled software development company focusing on the enhancement of its proprietary insurance tracking software CertifiTrac+ as well as the development of new software projects. In order to provide a complete solution for its customers, the company is aligned with Carolina Computer Partners to provide computer system development and installation of the software. John and Barbara bring complementary expertise to the operation of the business, as do all company associates.

John Lucas, President, received his Masters in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. John has fifteen (15) years of experience in software development, technical services management, and consulting. During his three years as a project manager and director of technical services, John managed teams of consultants and provided technical guidance for various projects. John worked as an international consultant for J.D. Edwards for two years developing and managing the CRM Consulting technical practice. Upon return to the United States, John worked as a CRM Open Independent Consultant before becoming CEO of DataTracPlus. John’s experiences in software programming and project management provide an expertise to DataTracPlus, LLC that will continue to shape the growth and direction of software development for the company.

Barbara B. Lucas, Marketing Director, received her BS in Business Education from Georgia State University. Barbara has served as a consultant to the Department of Housing & Urban Development in Washington, DC. For almost twenty (20) years, she has directed a computer-training program and the design, development, and implementation of new state of the art software applications for corporations throughout the Southeast. During this time Barbara had prime responsibility for the design and development of certificate of insurance tracking software — CertifiTrac+ — that has become the primary focus of the organization. She has primary leadership for the sales and marketing operations of DataTracPlus, LLC.
