The following Add-Ins enhance the capabilities of the
CertifiTrac+ Business and Enterprise products and
ProTrac+ and result in leading edge certificate of insurance tracking software. They are available with or without the
Scanning License; however, Internet Reports can only include certificate of insurance images if the Scanning License is also purchased.
Internet Reports
The Internet reporting software automatically publishes certificate of insurance reports and images from your insurance document management software to your company Intranet/Internet. This feature significantly reduces phone and e-mail inquiries and allows interested parties at any location access to exposure information. This feature can be incorporated with any of our software programs. Viewers assigned a user name and password can view and print reports and images of certificates. Reports can be sorted by project, department, location, etc. Deficiencies are displayed in red for easy identification. Sample certificate of insurance reports and images can be viewed at

Other Software Import/Export
CertifiTrac+ offers an option that allows users to download and upload data to/from Windows compatible software. Insured names and contact information can be downloaded creating a record in the database. This process requires consultation with
DataTracPlus,
LLC personnel.
