| Free Support | All CertifiTrac+ and ProTrac+ programs are delivered with an easy-to-understand manual for each licensed user. Beginning upon the date on which the software is delivered, DataTracPlus,
LLC will make free end-user and technical support available by telephone and by e-mail to licensed client personnel at scheduled times from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. EST each business day.

| Business CertifiTrac+ with Scanning | 45 days free support | |
| Enterprise CertifiTrac+ | 60 days free support | |
| ProTrac+ | 30 days free support | |

| Installation | DatatracPlus, LLC offers phone installation assistance. A knowledgable staff person is available for phone support to assist client technical personnel with installation of the software. | |
| Training | On-line training classes are offered to familiarize the users with the software, scanning procedures, viewing and printing images, and reporting. | |
| Extended Support Contract | After the free support period, clients may purchase an annual Support Contract. The Contract effective date will coincide with the completion of the free support period. The Support Contract provides free updates within the version number for standard software and significant discounts for new version upgrades and customized version upgrades. | |
| Phone Access | All clients on free support or with a Support Contract can contact the DataTracPlus, LLC support line using 800-379-9055. Calls are returned within twenty-four (24) hours. | |
