CertifiTracLite

CertifiTracLite offers the ideal solution for companies that track a small number of certificates: economical, accurate, and easy to use. It provides all of the basic features of CertifiTrac+ including automatic letters to noncompliant Insureds and up-to-the minute exposure reports. This certificate of insurance tracking software provides outstanding risk management for the small company. It evaluates each certificate of insurance, includes problems in letters to Insureds, and generates compliance reports.

CertifiTracLite is designed for up to three (3) licensed users and can manage certificates of insurance for up to 500 Insureds. If more functionality is needed, CertifiTrac+ is available.

CertifiTracLite will automatically identify:

• Insureds that have not provided certificates of insurance
• Certificates of insurance that have expired or been cancelled
• Certificates of insurance that do not meet company coverage requirements

This basic version of our software is available as a stand-alone program. Scanning and internet reports are not available add-ins with this version of our software.
