Letters
Each program allows users to generate standard and custom letters to Insureds and saves a copy of each letter sent in the Insured’s Letter History. Letters generated can be sent by postal mail, e-mail, or fax. The programs evaluate entered data for compliance with user established requirements and automatically create and generate letters describing compliance problems. Letters use templates that can be customized by the user to accommodate corporate style and wording. In addition, wording to a specific insured can be edited.CertifiTrac+
CertifiTrac+ generates four standard deficiency letters identifying problems; two no certificate letters requesting certificates; and a renewal letter requesting a certificate thirty days before expiration.Problems described in the standard deficiency letters include:
- Expired certificates
- Insurance cancelled by the insurance company
- Insufficient limits and improper coverage
- Incorrect certificate holder
- Missing or improper additional insured
- Missing policy numbers
- No 30-day notice of cancellation
- Not primary insurance
- Insufficient AMBest ratings
