Outgoing CertifiTrac+

CertifiTrac+ Outgoing issues and/or tracks certificates your company sends to other organizations wanting to track the insurance your company maintains. This process has been designed to minimize the time and effort required to maintain an effective outgoing insurance system to timely respond to any certificate of insurance request. We can customize outgoing templates to fit your company’s specifications.

The Outgoing program has the following features to manage your certificate of insurance requests:

  • Tracks for six (6) types of insurance allowing the user to establish minimum required coverage and limits for each type.
  • Tracks by certificate holder.
  • Provides a feature to easily assign Producer and Insurance Companies to various coverages.
  • Allows the user to easily enter limits and coverages included on the certificate.
  • Has a print/renew feature that allows the user to print certificates of insurance, issued or renewed, in batches or one at a time with just a click of the button.
  • Provides custom templates for issuing proprietary outgoing certificates for any short and long-term coverages. In addition, the Acord 25-S form can be used to issue outgoing certificates of insurance provided the company has an Acord license.
  • Automatically fills in templates from data entered in the tracking screens.
Outgoing reports

At any time, reports can be generated to reflect the status of active certificate holders who meet specific report criteria. Additional reports can be added at a nominal cost. Wherever possible, protocols are used for issuing, printing, and reporting outgoing certificates of insurance that are consistent with those used in the Incoming program. The Outgoing program can be purchased as a stand-alone or as an Add-In with the Incoming program.
