ProTrac+

ProTrac+ is our newest comprehensive software option that allows large organizations to administer OCIP/CCIP, track subcontractor bonds, and monitor certificates of insurance. ProTrac+ offers a complete insurance document system and allows users to reach and use the features of the software from the Project Screens. Users have rights to certain parts of the software depending on their responsibilities.

Many ProTrac+ capabilities are similar to Features within our other software. The program allows you to:

ProTrac+ allows users to create records related to Projects. Projects are associated with a Broker, Owner, General Contractor, and Project Type. Insurance Requirements and Endorsements are created for the Project. Insured records are assigned to Projects.

The program has Insurance and Wrap Modules. The Insurance Module tracks certificates of insurance (including receipt of certificate and deficiencies), and the Wrap Module tracks Contractor Controlled Insurance (including receipt of forms, enrollment status, and insurance credit).

ProTrac+ can generate comprehensive reports to display certificate of insurance compliance, summary of problems, letters sent, bond status, and many more. ProTrac+ is available with ten licenses or with unlimited licenses (as Enterprise ProTrac+) for program administrators. Program administrators have the ability to customize labels appearing on any form in the program to reflect corporate style and wording. Extensive Customization is available to have ProTrac+ generate reports to meet your exact needs.
