Reports in each program provide users up-to-the minute vital exposure information at the click of a mouse. All reports can be viewed on screen, printed, and e-mailed. Reports customized to the client’s needs can be added at a nominal cost.

All versions of CertifiTrac+ provide extensive insurance document management reports including: Certificate of Insurance Not Received, Expired Insurance, Additional Insured Problems, and many more. CertifiTrac+ versions specialized to a specific industry such as Home Builders, Insurance Brokers, Property Managers, etc. also include reports for that industry.

Pro-Trac+ includes reports for certificate and wrap insurance management viewed by project.

Internet Reports

CertifiTrac+ and ProTrac+ offer the Internet/Intranet Reports Add-In which publishes reports and images to your company’s Internet/Intranet so that designated users can have access to these reports and images from their browser for further insurance document management. (In order for images to be included, the Scanning Feature must also be purchased.)
