Brokers CertifiTrac+ provides Insurance Document Management for third party administrators.  It allows the ability to track and manage certificates of insurance for different clients. Client Data, Insurance Requirements, Letters, and Reports are sorted by clients in the database. Users can establish multiple additional insured names required on certificates of insurance to monitor endorsements provided by Insureds for various clients.  

Brokers CertifiTrac+ provides users the ability to:

  • Enter customized insurance requirements for each client.
  • Assign unique projects to each client.
  • Customize deficiency letters wording for each client and automatically insert the client’s logo at the top of the letter.
  • Generate letters by client.
  • Generate all reports by client. E-mail reports to clients.
