Need more customer support?

With your initial purchase, you were given a period of free support. Once this period is over, your options for continued technical or end-user support include purchasing an Annual Support Contract or direct billings for phone or email support requested.

The Annual Support Contract guarantees reduced costs for any upgrades or new versions of the software (30% discount), correction of software problems, and technical and user support for a period of one year. Costs for the first year will be 15% of the purchase price of the software plus charges for remote and on-site service. Costs for following years will not increase more than 10% of the initial maintenance fee. Unlimited free phone/e-mail support for one designated person, twenty hours of free remote work, and $85 per service hour rates for upgrades and customizations are available under the Annual Support Contract.

If you do not choose to purchase an Annual Support Contract, we offer phone or e-mail support or remote work to you at a rate of $135 an hour calculated in fifteen (15) minute increments. You may purchase upgrades or updates to your software version at retail. You will receive invoices for support received by you or associates at your company.
